We would actively encourage a visit to the Civic Hall to discuss your requirements in full with a member of staff.  However, you may like to download a booking form and complete it before your visit.

Floor Planner
Whether or not you already have ideas on how you would like the Hall to be set-up for your event, by downloading and filling in the attached floor plan we will be able to confirm if the layout is possible.  We may also be able to suggest suitable alternatives to help your function run more effectively.
