Have YOU voted for Trowbridge Park as the Nation’s Favourite yet?
The park offers the opportunity to relax, exercise and enjoy a natural environment in the centre of Wiltshire’s county town. Voluntary organisation The Friends of Trowbridge Park are constantly working hard making the park not only look splendid for residents and visitors alike, and with an eco-friendly approach: the Riot Of Colour garden purposely contains plants that encourage bees and butterflies, and the bug resort attracts all manner of insects. The Friends have lots planned for the future and will continue to work with the Town Council and wider local community.
Did you know that The Friends are also in the running for an award to be presented at the Fields In Trust awards ceremony in London at the end of November? The result will be decided by a panel of judges, and we wish them luck!
FoTP chairman Sharl Adabashi (pictured) commented “The Friends are hardworking, and passionate with original ideas. There are plenty of amazing designs and new concepts coming through, as well as those already in place.”
