Trowbridge Museum’s traditional Father Christmas will be settling into his charming Christmas grotto at the Town Hall for three days of Christmas magic in November and December. As well as meeting Father Christmas and receiving a special Christmas gift there will be stories read by his Victorian helpers and the Victorian photographer will make sure you have some old-fashioned pictures to take home. There is also a simple Christmas craft to complete your visit.

You can meet Father Christmas on Saturday 25th November, Saturday 16th December and Saturday 23rd December. If you’d like to book a visit it costs just £10 per child and you can book at Town Hall Arts. Father Christmas has set aside some sessions for SEN children and their families – check out Town Hall Arts for full details.

Trowbridge Museum’s annual Christmas Exhibition opens on Saturday 25th November with a display of old toys and games, Christmas cards and ephemera, plus Jill Hillman’s restored Teddy Bears will be on display in a series of charming tableaux.
