Although Trowbridge Museum is temporarily closed for refurbishment as part of its ‘Onwards and Upwards’ campaign, the upper floor of the Home Mill site will be the
venue for this year’s Mayoral Civic Service. On Sunday July 22nd, Councillor Dennis Drewett will be welcoming Wiltshire dignitaries to the Humanist ceremony commencing at 3.30pm, followed by a procession to St. James’ Church Hall, where refreshments will be served. There will also be a collection for this year’s Mayoral charities, which are the Bath Cancer Unit Support Group, Friends of Biss Meadows, Friends of Down Cemetery and TCAF.
