Trowbridge Town Council, Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce, The Shires and Castle Place management representatives and The Polebarn Hotel are in talks regarding Christmas celebrations in Trowbridge this coming November for the annual Lights Switch-on. With the event taking place on the 24th of the month, the objective will be to work together to ensure that the most is made of the Town Centre for the occasion. Plenty is planned for the day, with additional attractions taking place in the Town Park and the Civic Centre. Aby Cooper, Customer Service Manager at Trowbridge Town Council, commented “There are so many great businesses in Trowbridge, so it’s great to work collectively on a project that will directly benefit the Town Centre, while adding to the celebrations taking place in the Park and Civic Centre.”

Tracy Parker of Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce added “The Chamber are excited to be working with the Town Council, Shires and Castle Place to enhance this year’s Christmas experience for business and customers alike, and we are looking forward to collaborating on future events to raise the positive profile of our town for the benefit of all.”
