Mike Holden, Trowbridge Town Council Customer Service Adviser, has recently passed two CORAC exams, enabling him to renew his status as a certified rail agent for the Rail Delivery Group. He said “I’m very pleased to have achieved this, as it will mean that the Information Centre can maintain its reputation as the best location within the town for rail users seeking quality advice and service when it comes to making their journey.” The Centre is also welcoming further enquiries from local businesses seeking advice on corporate and business rail travel, as they are already working alongside local organisations, and can offer an invoice back system.
