Spring is coming and so are the ducklings!
Why not take a walk down to the park to greet our newest members when they arrive (and the sun comes out again!).
Oh bread, not today…
If you do go and visit our feathered friends, please remember not to feed the ducks bread as it can make them unwell. An illness called Angel Wing can develop, which means that the ducks are unable to fly due to deformities in their wings, as bread doesn’t give them the nutrients they need to develop correctly.
If you would like to feed our favorite feathered friends, why not pop down to the Information Centre and pick up a bag of Quack Snacks. They’re a bargain at just 50p and all proceeds go back into the maintenance of our park.
