Spaces are still available on Wiltshire Council’s next Healthy Me Course, which is due to start the week beginning 29th April 2019.
Healthy Me is a FREE 10-week course for young people and their families. Designed for young people aged 7-11, who are above the healthy weight for their age, the programme is for young children and their families and covers a range of aspects related to nutrition such as sugary drinks, healthy snacks, portion sizes to name but a few, and also incorporates physical activity to assist in decreasing sedentary lifestyle.
Venues in Trowbridge and throughout Wiltshire are listed below:
- Trowbridge: Longfield Community Centre; Mondays 4.15pm-5.45pm; starts 29th April.
- Chippenham: The Olympiad; Tuesdays 4.15pm-5.45pm; starts 30th April.
- Salisbury: Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre; Wednesdays 4.30pm-6pm; starts 1st May.
- Devizes: Devizes Leisure Centre; Thursdays 4.15pm-5.45pm; starts 2nd May.
