Mayor of Trowbridge, Councillor Dennis Drewett recently hosted a Quiz Night at the Kings Arms in Trowbridge, shortly before the end of his year spent as Mayor. A number of teams took part in the evening, with Dennis himself being the quizmaster on this occasion. With a raffle as well, over £280 was raised throughout the evening, the monies going to the Mayor’s chosen charities. At the end of the evening, an extra round of applause was given in recognition of all that Dennis had achieved during his Mayoral year.
