Trowbridge’s Drynham Ward has a new town councillor: following a seat becoming vacant in Autumn 2019, an election was held on January 7th, as a result of which Antonio Piazza was elected as the second Conservative councillor for the ward. The result was:
Antonio Piazza (Conservative) – 282 votes
John Richard Marsden (Liberal Democrat) – 155 votes
(Turnout: 13.57%)

Mr Piazza commented “I am really happy with this result. I’ve plenty of people to thank, not least of whom are the residents of the Drynham area who voted for me. Thanks must also go to my team for their support throughout my campaign, and also to my parents.”
Congratulations on your result. I hope you can sort out some of the problems that the Drynham ward has.
