Although the offices of Trowbridge Town Council remain closed during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, colleagues have been working from home to ‘keep the wheels turning’ ensuring continuation of services for the people of the town. Members of the Finance Team have been keeping an eye on the figures, and the Civic staff have been organising refunds for those customers who had purchased tickets for events that disappointingly have had to be cancelled due to the crisis. Also, colleagues from Trowbridge Museum have been keeping visitors to their website up-to-date on developments regarding the ‘Onwards & Upwards’ expansion project.
Colleagues from the Information Services Team, Active Trowbridge, Facilities and Neighbourhood Services have been working together to ensure that any vulnerable members of the community in and around Trowbridge are given as much help as possible with collections of shopping and prescriptions. Take a look at the graphic (right) to see how much of a difference has been made to some lives this week!
If you or someone you know might benefit from the services mentioned above, or for advice or information concerning anything else, please email the Information Services Team at in**@tr********.uk or call 01225 765072 (8am-4pm Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm Saturday). Stay home, and stay safe, everyone.
