At Trowbridge Museum, our whole team are continuing to work as hard as possible to reopen the museum as soon, and as safely, as we can . . .
At the end of 2020, we were delighted to finalise all the text for our graphic panels and were confident that our progress in the museum would mean that we would be re-opening in March 2021. Due to the latest national lockdown, both of our working bubbles have further reduced site working to minimise contact across our team of six. We have started 2021 working partly remotely planning our grand reopening, developing our Learning & Outreach sessions, ensuring our database is up to date, and working on our marketing and fundraising strategies.
Unfortunately, reduced time on site means that our planned opening date may no longer be possible, and at this stage we are not able to confirm a definite date until we receive further government guidance. We will continue to follow guidelines and hope to update everyone soon.
Wishing you a safe and healthy 2021,
