Having opened in early June, The Pantry always has a wonderful range of delicious home-made cakes, desserts and savouries, using locally-sourced ingredients where possible. Sarah, the owner of the business, has 30 years’ experience in catering, having run her own restaurant, as well as a busy outside catering operation. Her passion is about producing the best possible food items whilst helping the local economy.
Now the business is gradually getting established in the town, future plans include expanding The Pantry’s space within the centre to accommodate a deli counter and seating area – popular items on The Pantry’s menu include thick shakes made using fresh fruit, and fresh, cooked-to-order breakfasts.
