Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce held a successful membership launch at the historic Emmanuel’s Yard in August and is now inviting Trowbridge businesses of all sizes to join the Chamber from just £25 a year. Membership benefits include the member’s business featured in the online directory, business support and invitations to regular networking events. Chamber president Kez Garner welcomed new and prospective members and Windows on Nature art trail artists and sponsors, including the Wiltshire Area Board, MHA Monahans and Stone Developments. Guests enjoyed locally produced nibbles and drinks in the beautiful church building and its garden on what had been the hottest day of the year so far.

Also in August, the Chamber’s Summer BBQ at Trowbridge Cricket Club was attended by the Mayor of Trowbridge, Councillor Denise Bates, Leader of Trowbridge Town Council Councillor Stewart Palmen, chamber members and their families, who enjoyed a street food BBQ and also networking in the historic 170-year-old club and even a practice in the cricket club’s nets.
