If you’re in the centre of Trowbridge during the daytime, why not drop in to the Bath Cancer Unit Support Group pop-up shop in Castle Place? There you’ll find a great selection of second-hand books, DVDs, CDs and bric-a-brac – you may even find that early Christmas gift. The shop will remain in its unit until November 14th, so you’ve plenty of time to have a browse when you’re in town. Also, by making a purchase or two, you’ll be helping one of Trowbridge Mayor, Councillor Denise Bates’ chosen charities.

One great gift idea might be one of the lovely hand-made wooden robins, crafted at home by group supporter Glenn Sharp and shown in the picture – these lovely seasonal creations are available from the shop at just £10.00 each – but hurry, as they’re selling fast.

The pop-up shop is open every Wednesday*, Thursday and Friday between 10am and 4pm, and on Saturdays between 9.30am and 4pm.

(*Please note, the shop will not be open on Wednesday October 6th.)
