Trowbridge museum has had a busy seasonal month welcoming school groups back to explore local history, the Saxons and the Bronze Age with the Education team. The newly renovated museum has been re-designed to lend itself to a much more hands-on experience for children, so do plan a visit with your small people and bring them along to enjoy all on offer. The famous Trowbridge Museum (toy) Mouse Hunt remains a favourite!
Christmas spirit at Trowbridge Museum is well underway and the first creative Christmas workshop for adults has already been held at the museum.

This is a FREE activity: tickets are issued at 10am for 10.30am and 11.30am sessions, and at 1pm for 1.30pm and 2.30pm sessions
Using recycled cardboard, funky patterned paper and bells, make a fun mini Christmas tree decoration.
The Museum continues to host two exhibitions until Friday December 24th, why not drop in to the ‘Picture Perfect Christmas’ with snap shots of Christmases gone by & Teddy Bear Exhibition of Jill Hillman’s beautifully restored teddy bears?
Also, with those enjoying later life in mind, ‘The Comeback Kids: Life Re-Begins With Retirement’ is an exhibition incorporating work by renowned illustrator and author Quentin Blake, and runs until Saturday March 26th 2022.
