Shoppers in Trowbridge visiting Castle Place will recall two popular businesses, Gift Box and We Like To Party – the two respective owners, David Carradus and Jo Gray, decided in 2021 to move to jointly take up premises in the town’s Silver Street – this great idea certainly paid off, as after a busy Christmas and New Year trading period, trade has continued to grow as the businesses move into 2022. Gift Box offers a wide range of, well, gifts . . . There’s something to suit all pockets and occasions, and speaking of occasions, We Like To Party has everything you might need to give a birthday or christening that extra little bit of sparkle. At the moment, you’ll find plenty of choices for celebrating Valentine’s Day. David has said that plans are now in place for further expansion, as the shop will be adding extra salesfloor space by taking over the first floor of the premises.
