Earlier this year Oliver and his friends had an experience they never want to re-live when Oliver needed to be airlifted to hospital following a life-threatening bleed related to his rare blood condition.

The boys saw the air ambulance land near their homes and had no idea at the time that it was there to save the life of their best friend. After a very traumatic few days in hospital, Oliver returned home to the delight of his friends and family and whilst he still has challenges to contend with – the boys want to raise some money for this great charity to thank them for all they did for Oliver.

They will be running in a local 2k fun run in Christmas fancy dress and hope that you can sponsor them to help reach their target of raising £300 for Wiltshire Air Ambulance.

Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a charity that provides an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) across Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas. It needs to raise £4m a year to continue saving lives, but is not directly funded by the Government and receives no National Lottery funding, so relies on generous public donations.

Event: Santa & Rudolph Family Fun Run, on 20 November 2022

Participants: Oliver and his friends, Harrison, Max, Eddie, Noah, Isaac, Arin and his sister Poppy
