Crochet Festival Top Workshop

Join us for this Crochet Festival Top workshop where you will learn to make a modified granny square cropped festival top. In this workshop you will learn how to make a granny square, learn several techniques to join granny squares, learn how to create straps and tassels/fringing and learn how to read a pattern and correctly size a garment. While you likely won’t have time to finish the top in this session you will come out with all the techniques needed to finish the top at home.

**This course is NOT suitable for complete beginners. It is aimed at those who have some (but not lots) of experience already and requires some knowledge of crochet (UK terms). By no means do you need to be an expert but you must know how to hold the yarn and create a chain and have at least some basic knowledge of crochet stitches – you will be taught the specific stitches needed for this workshop.**

Please bring along a 3mm or 3.5mm crochet hook and 200g of Double Knit yarn in at least two colours. The places are limited to allow all students to benefit from tuition. Tea and coffee will be provided. If you have any questions please email ha************@tr********.uk
