Come along to this 4-week chair-based yoga course designed for older participants. The course will include learning some gentle breathing and yoga movements to support with muscle strength, flexibility and balance as well as some fun exercises to increase stamina and to energise! There will also be a relaxation at the end of each class to bring a little peace and calm.
