Come along to this FREE taster Gentle Years Yoga session for the over 60s.
This class is mainly chair-based and will include some slow and gentle moves with some breathing and relaxation to promote strength, flexibility and movement with the breath for wellbeing. No previous experience necessary as the class will be tailored to the group – so come along and have some fun!
This session will be held downstairs in The Old Court.
