A friendly, informal group space where you will learn techniques to relax, turn off the busy chatter of your mind, and create a space of calm in the Now moment.
Recommended by the NHS for conditions such as anxiety, depression and high blood pressure, mindfulness and meditation has a whole host of health benefits, whilst boosting your sense of well-being.
Join us at 10am on Mondays at Palmer Gardens Cafe in Trowbridge, for a 60 minute session, followed by sharing, a good chat and socialise, and all-important and out of this world tea and cake in support of the Shaw Trust.
Sessions cost £5.00 per person.
