Someone scraped my car when it was parked in town – can I take a look at your CCTV?
Here at Trowbridge Town Council we control the data for the CCTV system around the Town Centre. The CCTV can only be viewed for evidence gathering purposes through the appropriate channels such as the police or insurance companies. This is due to data protection laws.
Why hasn’t my bin been emptied?

Do you have a Chandlers Coaches brochure?
Yes, here at the Trowbridge Information Centre we are agents for Chandlers so you can even book your day trips through us.
You can also book rail or National Express coach tickets through us. We pride ourselves on our experience, and will always attempt to find the best deal for your travel needs.
Do you have bus and train timetables?
Yes, we try and keep all local bus and train timetables in the Information Centre: however, if we cannot find what you need, we can print a copy for you – even bus routes throughout the UK.
Could you put up a poster in your window for my event?
Of course. Here at Trowbridge Town Council we are always happy to promote local events. We can also put details on our social media pages for you, and help sell your tickets.
Can we buy duck food from you?
Yes. Here at the TIC we like to support a healthy environment for the residents of the park pond. A 100g bag of our ‘Quack Snacks’ costs just 50p. We also sell a range of souvenirs and NKS Radar Keys.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm, Information Centre only on Saturdays from 10am until 2pm. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Where can I book Active Trowbridge half-term and summer activities?

How do I book a tennis court in the park?

Is Trowbridge Town Council the Box Office for the Civic Centre?
Yes. You can book all tickets for Civic events through our Customer Service Team by coming in to see us or calling us on 01225 765072. You can also book tickets online via the Civic Centre’s website.
