Description          Trowbridge Town Council’s Resources department are currently seeking a Resources Assistant to support the Resources Officer and Finance team to provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient human resources and finance service for the whole of the Council to managers, employees and volunteers under the guidance of the Head of Service for Resources and Venues, by providing a pro-active support service on a full range of Human Resources issues.

 

In return, Trowbridge Town Council offers a generous pension scheme with an employer’s contribution of 19.7%,  22 days annual leave (pro rata), plus 2 local days and a wide range of training and development opportunities.
